Studenti MUP vyráběli zmrzlinu podle receptů našich předků Studenti MUP vyráběli zmrzlinu podle receptů našich předků 13. 3. 2026 Autor: Marek Beneš Studenti povinně volitelného kurzu Turistika za vínem, pivem a gastronomií zažili neobyčejný seminář. V historických prostorách hotelu Élite vyráběli zmrzliny a sorbety podle historických receptů. Seminář vedl Milan Svoboda, známý historik stolování a stolničení, který je i novým vyučujícím na katedře cestovního ruchu MUP.
