Eduard Hulicius served for the last nine years as a member of the cabinet of the European Commissioner Věra Jourová in Brussels. In this position, he dealt mainly with inter-institutional coordination, Treaty matters, and consumer protection law. From 2011 to 2014, he worked as an accredited assistant to Members of the European Parliament on internal market issues and visa and asylum policy. He completed European Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University and International Politics at the Centre Européen de Recherches Internationales et Stratégiques (CERIS) in Brussels.
