Department of International Relations and European Studies organized a roundtable session with Stanley Sloan - the founding Director of the Atlantic Community Initiative and the author of NATO, the European Union and the Atlantic Community: The Transatlantic Bargain Challenged (Rowman and Littlefield, 2005).The session centred on THE NATO STRATEGY REVIEW AND TRANSATLANTIC POLITICAL RELATIONS,
the future of transatlantic strategic cooperation and the NATO, the perspective of multilateral cooperation in security issues in Central Europe, and the shift in US foreign policy paradigm and its impact on US-European security relations.
